Trail Rules and Ordinances

2011-06-13-001: It shall be unlawful for any open container or open comsumption of alcoholic beverages in
town limits of Love Valley. LV Citation: $50

2011-06-13-002: It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot off, discharge or explode any firearm within the
Town Limits of Love Valley. LV citation: $50

2011-06-13-003: It shall be unlawful for any parking in the posted "no parking" areas of town limits of
Love Valley. Violators can be issued a citation and/ or towed at the owners expense. LV citation: $25

2011-06-13-004: It shall be unlawful for any parking in the posted "handicapped parking" areas without a
NCDOT approved placard or license plate properly displayed. This violation is punishable up to a maximum of $250
as defined by NCDOT. Violators can be issued a citation and/or towed at the owners expense. LV citation:$25

2011-06-13-005: It shall be unlawful for any littering or improper disposal of garbage in town limits.
Household garbage of its residents and visitors is to be properly disposed of inside the dumpsters with doors
being closed. No garbage is to be placed outside the dumpster on the ground and surrounding areas. Other
refuse, such as construction material, furniture, appliances, mattressed, etc, are not to be diposed of in the town
dumpster. LV citation: $50

2011-06-13-006: Obscene and or vulgar behavior and or language will not be tolerated in the town limits of
Love Valley. LV citation: $25

2011-06-13-007: All equine, ie horses, mules, ponies, etc will be kept at a walk on Main Street Love Valley.
This is to enhance safety for people and animals alike.

2011-06-13-008: No mistreatment, abuse or neglect of horses will be tolerated at any time. This also pertains
to all animals in the Town limits of Love Valley. Iredell County Animal Control will be contacted for any
violations.

2011-06-13-009: Speed Limit inside the Town Limits of Love Valley is 15 mph unless otherwise posted by
NCDOT

2011-06-13-010: NO glass bottles allong in the Town Limits of Love Valley

2011-06-13-011: Absolutely no motorized vehicles are allowed on Main Street; EXCEPT for loading, unloading
and delivering for downtown businesses. All loading, unloading, and deliveries must be completed within 30
minutes and vehicles must be removed from Main Street Love Valley.

2011-06-13-012: The horse trails provided by the Town of Love Valley and its surrounding
landowners is for the pleasure of equine trail riding. PLEASE keep the trails clean. "If you pack
it in, Pack it out"

The Town of Love Valley and its governing council hereby adopt and enact the following
ordinances for the Town of Love Valley. The ordinances are posted and enforceable by the town
of Love Valley and its local law enforcement body, knows as the Iredell County Sheriff's
Department and or including all local, state, and federal Law Enforcement agencies. The
ordinances are in effect and include all areas fo the Incorporated town of Love Valley.

Violators will be responsible for Love Valley Citation fees as noted, as well as, subject to any fines
and/or arrests as deemed necessary by the Iredell County Sheriff's Department and/or any local, state,
or Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. Violators will be responsible for Love Valley Citation Fees,
and/or Law Enforcement fines, and/or towning fees, and/or any and all court costs. These Ordinances
adopted by the Town Of Love Valley are for the protection of its citizens, visitors, and animals, Please
respect our ordinances and our Town and Keep Love Valley and wonderful place to visit!
